Returns 

No returns or exchange. Our policy last 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you exchange.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns/exchanges. We do not issue refunds if you are not satisfied with the chosen scent. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must have been damaged in transit. (Melted products are not considered damaged), be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@dejourcosmetics.com and we’ll send you an RA # with instructions

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Shipping (Currently 5-10)Business Days)

*   24-72 hour Processing ( Sales May be Longer) 

*   2-3 Business days for Tracking (Sales May be longer)

*   Shipped within timeframe Business Days selected at checkout. 

      Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days) When Available 

*   24-72 hour Processing

*   1-2 Business days for Tracking

*   2-3 Business Days Package gets delivered if there's no delay.

Other Shipping (10-12 Business Days) When Available. 

*   Applicable only when this service is available.

Overnight Shipping (1 Business Day) When Available. 

*   Order must be placed by 12PM EST! Monday through Friday in order to qualify.

*   Overnight is on in stock items only.

SHIPPING DELAYS

*   For your convenience it’s always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner USPS.

*   We ARE NOT responsible for late shipments due to increment weather, holidays, sales, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Processing times are normally longer during sales. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day. Please keep in mind when calculating shipping times. We entrust USPS to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges.

*   USPS Signature Confirmation is required on orders over $250.

*   Customers are responsible for tracking their package once we ship it and send the tracking number. Any return packages customers must repay for shipping to get the package reshipped.

TERMS

*   We cannot control the holiday shipping rush. Please be sure to place your order days in advance to ensure a timely delivery.

*   We DO NOT ship orders on weekends or holidays. Any orders that are placed on Friday AFTER 12PM EST, will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday. We ARE NOT responsible for any lost, stolen or misplaced packages. Once you receive your tracking confirmation, please contact USPS directly in regards to your shipment's status.
